3. Take a breath and get perspective.
When you’re going, going, going, all the systems in your body are going rapid fire too. Your adrenaline is pumping, your heart is racing, and your blood pressure is rising. Not good for your body or your mind.
So just as everyone and everything are racing on fast forward, take a deep breath through your nose, hold for a few seconds, then let it out through your mouth. This will force more oxygen into your body and reduce adrenaline production.
