If you're always on the go, it can be quite easy to become stressed out. Therefore, it is vital that you always take some time out of your day to relax. Ideally, you should relax at a time when it is quiet and you are alone. Early in the morning and late in the evening are usually great times to meditate.
You can do yoga poses and other bodily exercises if you desire during your daily meditation. During your first few days of meditating, you may not notice a difference. However, if you stick to meditating daily, you should notice a positive change in your stress levels within a few weeks.
